Dear Sir/Madam,

I would like to express my appreciation for the efforts taken by the school in organizing and providing a bundled set of books and learning materials for the new academic year.

I acknowledge and appreciate the initiative of creating a separate bundle that includes publications developed by the school. However, I would like to respectfully highlight a concern regarding the inclusion of stationery items within the main bundle.

Many parents already have several of the listed stationery items available at home, making it unnecessary to purchase them again. This not only leads to avoidable expenses but also results in wastage of usable materials.

Additionally, while the availability of school-specific publications in a bundle is helpful, it is not always feasible for us to procure certain items from the open market due to uncertainty of availability of certain text-books.

In light of the above, I kindly request the school to consider making the stationery items section optional, while keeping the prescribed textbooks and essential academic materials mandatory, as was the practice earlier.

I believe this is a reasonable and practical request that would benefit all parents while maintaining the academic requirements set by the school.

I sincerely hope the school will consider this request positively.
